Yes! TuneTouchโข includes a rechargeable battery and a screwdriver. Just recharge when needed, no need to keep buying replacement batteries.
Almost certainly not. It plays through the tiny current that travels across skin, so the circuit has to be closed: one bare hand on each silver button, bare skin against your child, and nothing draining it into the floor. Bare feet or socks on tile or laminate will stop it dead. Sit on a sofa or a bed with your shoes on and try again. Very dry hands can also break the loop, so a bit of hand cream helps.
No. Tap the body to move it on. There are melodies, full songs, drum patterns, a baby laughing and a little voice that talks to you. Most people who say it only plays one song never found the mode button, because nobody tells them it is there.
Three and up. Younger babies enjoy the music and the softness with a grown-up holding it, but the battery compartment is screw-secured and the touch game needs a child who can follow "hold this and touch me". Older children, teenagers and grandparents all play with it, which is most of the point.
Surface only. There is a battery box and a sound board inside, so sponge the plush with a damp cloth and a little soap and let it dry. It does not go in the machine and it does not go under the tap.
Not for the songs and drums, which work on their own. For the touch game you need two hands on the two buttons, so either one person holding both or two people each holding one and touching each other. You only ever need one toy. The second one in your order is so two children are not fighting over it.
